How dental treatment buyers evaluate their cases.

I first mapped these four archetypes inside healthcare — studying how dental patients evaluate treatment decisions. Each archetype has a different trigger, a different fear, and a completely different path to saying yes. The patterns were so consistent I started seeing them everywhere.

Turns out, the psychology of a patient deciding on a high-stakes treatment is identical to a B2B buyer evaluating a high-ticket purchase. Same risk calculus. Same resistance patterns. Same invisible decision architecture. I've since applied the framework across dozens of B2B industries — and it predicts buyer behavior with uncomfortable accuracy.
